Waste, green areas and other are categories with largest number of calls with 55,63%. Other, not less important categories are building and air pollution with 17,45%. In mentioned categories main problems are waste on the green area, destroing green area by trafic and calls related to alergenic plants in the cities, as well as illegal waste deposits.
