1. What is the transhackmeeting?

The transnational hackmeeting tries to draw on the experiences of italian hackmeeting since 1998 and iberian hackmeeting since 1999 and other hackers , technology and media/communication meetings to build a self-managed and autonomous moment of discussion , skillsharing, relation-networking for people interested into technological, social, political and reality hacking, in the wider sense of the hacking attitude term.

2. Where is the thk going to be?

The transhackmeeting is going to be in Pula, Croatia on the tip of Istria peninsula.
Our host will be Monteparadiso Hacklab, an hacklab in a big partly squatted building on the hill in the city. Pule is very near the coast, so beach parties are assured as well as the typical workshop and so on

An hacker for us is a person who wants to manage him/herself and his/her life as he/she wish, and wants to self-organize for it. It really does not matter if s/he has never seen a computer in his/her life.

so, how to become a (computer) hacker?

5. Who can come to the hackmeeting?

Anyone. There is no requisite and no clue about who will come. Anyone who does not support sexism, racism, fascism and any form of discrimination is welcome

6. What is going to happen?

workshop, seminars, open laboratorie, free connection, improvised concerts, live act, craziness, discussion at 5 in the night, and everything that you want to make happen. For a full program of the confirmed activity you will probably have to wait until may, but you can begin to suggest a workshop you wanna hold, a debate you wanna host and the like in the WorkshopArena?

7. Who is going to come to the transhackmeeting?

People from any land that wants to meet other people who try to bring the hackers attitude in all of his/her life

8. Will there be connection? How will I connect?
