Installed Plugins

Plugins are mainly user-contributed add-ons that enhance and extend TWiki features and capabilities. A limited number of plugins are included in the core TWiki distribution - and any of those can be removed - while the rest are optional, available from TWiki:Plugins.PluginPackage.

Here is a list of the plugins currently installed and enabled on this TWiki site:

• SpreadSheetPlugin (any TWiki, $Rev: 17387 (11 Aug 2008) $): Add spreadsheet calculation like "$SUM( $ABOVE() )" to TWiki tables and other topic text
• AliasPlugin (2.31, $Rev: 16746 (29 Apr 2008) $): Define aliases which will be replaced with arbitrary strings automatically
• BatchUploadPlugin (1.4, $Rev: 0 (10 Jul 2008) $): Attach multiple files at once by uploading a zip archive
• BlackListPlugin (any TWiki, 13186): Utility to keep malicious users away from a public TWiki site
• BreadCrumbsPlugin (v2.01, $Rev: 0 (01 Sep 2008) $): A flexible way to display breadcrumbs navigation
• CommentPlugin (03 Aug 2008, $Rev: 17302 (04 Aug 2008) $): Allows users to quickly post comments to a page without an edit/preview/save cycle
• CounterPlugin (Dakar, $Rev: 0 (06 Jul 2008) $): This plugin maintains the Visitor Count for the site.
• EditTablePlugin (4.8.4, $Rev: 17302 (11 Aug 2008) $): Edit TWiki tables using edit fields, date pickers and drop down boxes
• EmptyPlugin (TWiki-4.2, $Rev: 15942 (11 Aug 2008) $): Empty Plugin used as a template for new Plugins
• FilterPlugin (1.51, $Rev: 16970 (03 Jul 2008) $): Substitute and extract information from content by using regular expressions
• FlexWebListPlugin (v1.23, $Rev: 16971 (03 Jul 2008) $): Flexible way to display hierarchical weblists
• GluePlugin (2.00, $Rev: 15708 (03 Jul 2008) $): Enable markup to span multiple lines
• HeadlinesPlugin (2.12, $Rev: 14854 (13 Sep 2007) $): Build news portals that show headline news based on RSS news feeds from news sites.

• ImagePlugin (1.20, $Rev: 16981 (04 Jul 2008) $): Control the display and alignment of images using an easy syntax

• JQueryTwistyPlugin (1.2, $Rev: 16736 (03 Jul 2008) $): Twisty section JavaScript library to open/close content dynamically
• NatSkinPlugin (3.00-pre20, $Rev: 16978 (03 Jul 2008) $): Theming engine for NatSkin
• NewsPlugin (Dakar, 8749): %NEWS% generates a short headlines topic from a list of news
• PreferencesPlugin (TWiki-4.2, $Rev: 15487 (11 Aug 2008) $): Allows editing of preferences using fields predefined in a form
• RedDotPlugin (1.40, $Rev: 16137 (03 Jan 2008) $): Renders edit-links as little red dots
• RenderListPlugin (2.0, $Rev: 16235 (11 Aug 2008) $): Render bullet lists in a variety of formats
• SlideShowPlugin (02 Aug 2008, $Rev: 17260 (11 Aug 2008) $): Create web based presentations based on topics with headings.

• TablePlugin (1.034, $Rev: 17367 (11 Aug 2008) $): Control attributes of tables and sorting of table columns

Administrators can enable and disable plugins using configure.
